5. Vehicle Purchases and Payments
All vehicle purchases made through OldBidder are final once confirmed. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. OldBidder acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and auction houses.
6. Import and Customs
The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country of import. OldBidder provides assistance with documentation but cannot guarantee specific customs outcomes. Import regulations vary by country and are the buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s sole responsibility to verify.
7. Shipping and Logistics
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. OldBidder is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, customs holds, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
8. Inspection and Condition Reports
Condition reports are provided by third-party auction houses and are for informational purposes only. OldBidder does not independently verify vehicle condition and makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of auction-provided condition reports.
9. Fees and Commissions
OldBidder charges service fees for platform use, which are disclosed prior to purchase confirmation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Fee schedules may be updated with 30 days\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
